presentation is as good as any commercial title.. game was a bit boring. but i loved the presentation.

Great from the art point of view, but boring when taking gameplay into consideration.

Easy stuff you could add:
- more monsters
- different planets to defend (other terrain)
-> different weather effects + day and night circle
- cannon & tower upgrades (shields, armor)
-> for sell (according to a % of aliens killed)

Just some rough ideas for your next game... :)
