Where to put feature requests?

Who removed the feature request forum? OK, I have to tell something:

The last Blitz3D - Update mentions a just new FMOD-Version. FMOD supports real-time effects to sounds - could you, Mark, implement this?

More FMOD functionality has been asked for a million times already.

BlitzMax is released soon which doesn't use FMOD, and supports only WAV and OGG formats natively through custom modules. However you can pay for your own FMOD licence which, I assume, would give you access to all of FMOD.
