Market Value Demo Lo Spec Mode

A few people had tested the game previously that had problems and we did want to add a low spec mode for the game. Now that mode has been added. We'd just like a few people who did have problems to see if this low spec mode works on computers with overexposed lighting or slow machines.

Sorry I didn't test the previous version, plus I have a hi-end rig so I can't verify if this version has 'fixed' anything or not. Runs fine here (3.2Ghz P4 1gb ram 9800xt - probably all overkill)
