I have been playing around with the Video functions, they aren't that good and outdated. Can some talented guy make a userlib so we can use the much better, and updated, functions of DirectShow?

But, returning 0 should mean "failed" and then I can just ignore the whole video playing process. Nevertheless, Blitz seems to return a non zero value.

AVI files sometimes give problems, on my pc it shows green marks on the video, it could be the DivX codec. .mpg files work much better on my PC.
Never had any problems with either video format, however I also would like to see some better video functions.
