Run Program Again?

Hi! Is there a difference between "Run Program" and "Run Program Again", or is this command meant to be a joke?

Run program (F5) runs the program under the current tab.
Run program again (F6) runs the previously-ran program, whether it's the one in view or not. It's useful when you're looking at an Included file.
