Green on Black?

Hi! In some posts I see regions of Green text on a Black background. Those regions seem to support tabs, which the generic posts do not. How does one format a post to contain such regions? Thanks!

Thanks for the link to the codes. Now that I'm looking for it, I see the "FAQ" entry under Home.

Click on the 'Home' tab and 'FAQ' is on the menu bar, directly below it.
