Anyone know a program to make animated textures?

Hallo to all.
I'm searching for a program that let me create animated textures of flame and so on.
I've just purchased ExGen,but i'm searching for something that create teztures that repeat itself (like a flame that continuously move itself...ExGen only make flame that born at frame 1 and dye at frame XX...not a cycle anim!).
I've tried to use a 3d software,but it's too difficult!
Anyone know if there's such a program?

This is something that I am working on. ExGen will one day create looping animations :D
