ActiveX and B3d

Does anyone know how to interface with an ActiveX component, or can anyone help me achieve this please?

i found an interesting activeX control:

I would like to active it from Blitz, so players in an net game could have a video chat.

I could launch a webpage with thier IP, but i outhg it would look better if i coudl control it from blitz. is it posible?
