Tattoo 1.82 is a go!

Hi all,

Tattoo Version 1.82 is up:-

* Fixed Unhinging Shadowmaps on some GFX cards
* Fixed Airbrush losing it's color sometimes
* Added better smoothing for brush strokes
* Added Texture Rotation Option to Configuration. This is to handle weird Rotated UVs with Anim8or.
