To-Do/Team Project

Hi, I am looking for a To-Do program, but designed for teams as well. I like percentage completion things and also if possible a kinda tree setup (so 'art' can have a todo and withing that is 'levels' and withing that is the certain levels)

anyone know of any nice todo or team planning software?

oh i do not want to program this, or source, just looking for a program to use to organise the rebels

I have tried many freebies and bought many shareware ones, but this is the only one I really like and use and its free.

I have made a little app that do this sort of thing. It has no reminder or team functions, though.
