Rand problems?

In the "Coming soon" thread Mordunn listed as one of the things he wants fixed:



I did a search for Rand problems in the forums but couldn't find any mention of this problem. Could someone please elaborate on this?

I recently collected a bunch of bug threads here, in hopes of coaxing an update.

Theres two threads concerning the rand issue about 3/4 down my list.
