Theme Woes in B+

Anyone have a method of disabling themes on a B+ project? I personally run XP with the themes service disabled, and my program looks fine. Turn on themes, and colors are off, formatting looks terrible, fonts are cut off at the bottom of the window.

Since I can't seem to EXPLICITLY set colors of the canvas, etc. I need to be able to have my program IGNORE themes.

Anyone have ideas?

Are you saying you use the "Windows Classic" appearance?
Are you defining your window size by client coords? (style+32)
That takes care of different sized title bars, etc. - I assume that's whats pushing your fonts down off the screen.

I haven't had any problems with XP(pro) and setting canvas colors - I'm happy to do some testing if you wanna post some code (or email it to me @pantsonhead.com).
