How can I accurately limit framerate?
My creation is a First-Person shooter (groan), but where the camera points at the sky (only the skybox to render and draw), the framerate shoots up and of course, everythingg happens real quick. However, when looking at the distant mountains, with the animated, tidal sea in view, it all slows down. The slowes speed is more than playable, however, and would like to limit this without compromising compatibility with other-spec computers.
