Sprite/Tile Makers

I currently use Idraw for making sprites/tiles (that's the popular program used with RpgMaker 95/2/2003 If anyone has used it before) If you haven't heard of it or used it, it's one of the best sprite/tilers I have seen and it's a free download too! It makes png/bmp's/etc. so, it's very compatible. But, if anyone knows of anything better lemme know.

IDraw is a Mac program and RPGMaker is a forum on Google search.
