Where to find Tokamak wrapper?

Sorry guys, i'm from Brazil and i can't access the official tokamak wrapper site... There is any other place can i found the wrapper? Thanks!

did you try to access it using an anonymizer or webased proxy?

Yeah. I'm not sure why freewebs blocks certain nationalities :| try using http://world.altavista.com/ and putting in japanese to english - even though the site is english, this way it can't translate anything. If that doesn't work, try english to spanish.
