pack files into single exe?

Anyone know of a program that packs your data, resources, and game/app (exe) into one uber-exe file?? Like MoleBox but, any freeware version like programs???

I just found my old encryption algorithms I used to use in quickbasic too maybe I could do something with those. Porting won't be too hard.
