When does a question about blitz 3d or blitz + become not a begginer question or is this one of thoose un awsable questions

In my opinion, if the question becomes more complicated or the user learns more then it becomes 'not a begginer question'. I don't see why it matters, really.

The way to tell is by which section its posted in! ; )
