win32 api libraries.. anyone have them?

does anyone have the declarations to the win32 api libraries? (user32.dll, kernel.dll, etc.) also are there any custom win32api libraries already out by users that are good?

Check the Code Archives for Userlibs as well as the Misc. Forum (search "userlib"). Have a look at microsofts developer web, eg.

At blitzcoder.com you can find JK ApiPack (Category Userlibs). There are a couple of very useful functions in a userlib, and there are also help files for each of them.
