Reading today's date and time

Hello Brains :-)

How can I read today's date and time from the computer's realtime clock in BlitzPlus to use in recording scores in my game?

I have been searching the Blitz archives for some reference but I don't seem to have hit upon the right search words to evoke a response.

I do hope someone can help ...
