I have a animated .x file and i wan to convert it's in .B3D file with the same animation...

Ultimate Unwrap will do this ( among many, many other things. ) I can't recommend it highly enough.

yeah,
get Unwrap3d. it now will import maplet exported .b3d files and you can mess with both the lightmapo and the textures
