Hi,
< For those few interested (yes, both of yoU!) or whomever might need it >
I needed to convert my Blitz Camera's ZOOM-FACTOR to a number that matches FOCAL LENGTH of a camera in Maya, here's what I've come up with;
If you multiply the CameraZoom factor in Blitz3D by 22.67304 you'll get the Focal Length for the Camera in Maya if you create a default camera and set the camera's "Film Fit" to "vertical".
my 2 cents,
Danny.
p.s. I'm sure with better & more test you'll get a more accurate number, but this does the job for me ;)
