what is the best free fileselector for Blitz3D? would be nice if there isn't an entire Gui that have to be implemented with it.

If you're in windowed mode, then the BlitzSys one is quite good. If you need it to integrate with a fullscreen game, then usually it will take a whole GUI to do well.
