Here's my 3d platformer in action, still very early cos i don't get enough time to code on it.

Looks quite funky! Garphics look nice too. I'm guessing you aren't gonna keep you character like that? :) Well done man!
man, you have create the most annoying camera system ever!
or: my camera keeps spinning around the character even if i don't press any key at all.
:P
It spins around constantly here and is unplayable.
EDIT: uploaded it with fix, if your camera spins non stop hit the "1" key
Nice and smooth! I would still reconsider the choice of character, but the little fella works really well :)
Now add some gameplay!
It seems kind of slow to be a Mario Kind of game
but the atmosphere seems like it would be a good
adventure game like that Metal Gear Solid kind of game
good stuff !!!
forgot to mention the demo has full analogue control, press a little and you walk etc.
gonna add some gameplay, actually me and another person, when he gets he latest project finsihed and released *cough* are gonna do a full 3d game with original characters and story.

what system did you run it on cos it seems fast enough to me.
Rob's system must be faster and mine must be too old and slow ! :( ... I have 128MB ram and I think Pentium III
my system IS kind of old ... it's not that slow but
it's not fast like a mario game would be ... Is there
some way to lock all games so they run at the same speed
no matter what the specs are ? ... or does that already
happen and my computer has one foot in the retirement home ? ... lol
don't worry, the game has too many poly's and surfaces.
Alos will use timing for everything when we code it proper.
cool. but the game looks like it could even make a good
mystery/spy kind of game, maybe it's the floorboards
and the atmosphere of it ...
