Annoyances fixed!

There were a few more complaits I'd heard more than once. I went ahead and fixed them. Now the camera is not rigid, you can control the game menus with the gamepad, and you no longer have to type your name after every round, it'll remember it for you.

For anyone who had problems with the camera before it would be good to know what you think of the new one. People were apparently getting nauseous before. Now I even get ill playing with the old rigid camera, and this new one is more cinematic in a way too.

OK, the new changes are in the demo on our site now. I forgot to mention there's also a little visual cue to the jets pitch now, in addition to the above mentioned changes.

Overall, the game is vastly improved and the gameplay experience is just plain more fun and polished.
