BCF GUI 2.07 Update

Changes :

- Combox scroll bar bug : removed
- File Selector Change
- Localization (2)English,(1)French (ex : BCF_InitBCF(4,Langage=1))
- Many bug removed.
- Mousewheel support under combobox and listbox
- Close Combobox with with right button
- filtering file extension in file selector BCF_FileRequester$( Title$ ,ButtonOk$,ButtonCancel$,Ext$)
- The file requester return on previous directory open.
- Many bug removed ...

New commands :

- BCF_ChangeImageBitmap() change a bitmap in an image control.
- BCF_MouseOnWindows() for know if the mouse move on a window



But our tranlator have not corrected english doc ! sorry but coming soon ...

Please reload it because i have forget two localization bugs under MsgInputBox and MsgBox ...

Cool gui! Maybe add some Background Images to the Buttons, like seen here: http://billsdesigns.tripod.com/buttons/page11.html or something.

I had trouble downloading it (1008 bytes/sec) but I've eventually got it.
