Silly Keyboard Question

Where would I find the mapping of the Keyboard Chars?

For instance, from the Samples that I have been looking at, I know that 57 is Spacebar, 200 is the up arrow...

The Command Reference has a link to a page of scancodes.

One thing to note: these are based on location of keys, not the corresponding symbols or letters.
The scancodes in the docs are for US/UK keyboards.
