Hardback Blitz3D books for sale - do any exist?

Lately I've tried finding a book to purchase on programming in Blitz3D. I'm aware there is plenty of tutorials and documentation on the program around this site and others, but I would find it very much nicer if there was a means of purchasing a book on the subject, kind of like those big thick books you can buy on JavaScript/ActionScript/whatever. I had a little look around just now and haven't had any success.

Is there a place where I could find such a book?

Ummm,
Just out of interest, why is the book called "Progamming 2D games in Blitzbasic" yet it has a scene from a fully 3D game on its cover..... then again, i suppose space invaders on the cover would look a bit crap :D
