Dragans Quest...

I installed this game demo tonight.

Played for a couple of minutes, and now I want to get it off my system...

...but there is no entry under add/remove programs...

So I had a look around and found it in C:/Programmi/IdigiconLtd/DraganQuestDemo

I guess a mistake made during the making of the installation. This folder is also read only.

There's no uninstall so I guess just remove it by putting in the bin.

Yeah me too. Not a bad little game to be honest, well presented, colourful, good music. Shame about the installer though. :-\

What would u expect it's a winrar sfx....

nice title page and all but when i first run
it the screen goes funny, the screen and objects
kind of shake a bit ... only after a while
can i see the room clearly ...
other than that it's pretty cool.

reminds me abit of MSmessenger, that's impossible to uninstall / delete also .. one of Bill's tricks to replace ICQ I guess.

@Jager > msn is a hidden object in the add remove programs dialog. And it can be disabled from the registry and removed from outlook @ explorer or uninstalled by modifying a file i can't seem to remember....

try regedit.com

btw trillian is waaaaaaaaaaaay better...

To uninstall Messenger (in XP at least), go to the RUN dialog and type:

RunDll32 advpack.dll,LaunchINFSection %windir%\INF\msmsgs.inf,BLC.Remove

I've done this and it works, but I take *NO* responsibility if it doesn't work for you and/or it knackers your computer up. On your own head be it.

Just delete the installed folder,
as it doesnt write any register key or anything is enough to delete all what concerns the demo.

The demo Idigicon will provide will have a serious installer instead.

But I don't see this as a problem at all.
