Creating Icons For B+ EXEcutables

I was wondering if any of you guys & girls knew how to add your own Icons to Blitz programs?

What special software / programs would I need to have, and also how would I implement using them? Btw would the icon only appear for just the program I want it to be used for, or would the entire lot appear with the Icon that I create?
