Root Screenies

Simply awesome ravey!

Some questions:
- Do the flames cause damage already?
- the pillar for the candle seems a bit too big? & perhaps a non-wooden texture (=golden) would fit better?
- How about making some secret areas behind these windows (break glass?)
- is it possible to let these (nearly as cute as me) egg creatures leave some footprints on the ground?

Just some things the popped up my mind. No critique! :)

Hey... you could place sprites .1 units above the ground wherever the leg falls, and then slowly fade out the sprite and then when alpha=0, delete it. the sprite would have to be an alpha'd texture though.....

Anyway, It looks really nice! great dynamic flames!

The eggy guys look like a "Rosso Rabbit in Trouble" ripoff though. Beside any legal problems, it's a shame since the rest seems very original.

Maybe Rosso ripped them too, and It's just me not knowing the origin of these guys?

I emailed the makers of "Rosso Rabbit" with screen shots of my egg characters to ask if they felt I would be ripping off their characters (even though it is un-intentional).
