Transparent window bits.

Can B+ create borderless, captionless, etc. windows that can be skinned (with simple drawing commands)

If so, can parts of the window be made transparent, a la skins in Winamp 3 and Trillian?

Yea it can. All using the mighty windows API and i think it was Eddy that created a userlib a while back....
