Are there any tutorials for Quill 3D out there?

I've just downloaded the demo and I'm finding it difficult to fathom out.

There doesn't seem to be any help files with the program for some reason.

AFAIK the boxed version comes with a printed manual. I don't think there are any online tutorials but the best place to ask would be the official quill forums rather than here.
