I've been playing around with DGeeMe from www.geeware.com
It seems interesting but I have to test it more before I decide if it is as effective a low-cost mocap tool as the website suggests. Unfortunately bvh export seems borked. I've already emailed them about it but I'm curious if someone else has tried the tool and gotten animation data out of it (in which case please explain.)
