Brand spanking new full screen fade

Here's a 640x480 demo of my new full screen fade routines. Change the supplied image (fadetest.jpg) to any 640x480 image (or simply stick with my mine) and press a key to begin fading.

It's smooth as silk here, but I'd appreciate feeback so that I can refine it if need be. On my PC, it runs happily in 1280x960 @ 30fps (capped by a WaitTimer()).

Seems nice and fast here. But my hardware is awesome for 2D anyway.

Nice and fast on my horrid P3/700 with a S3 8MB vid card. If it runs well here, it'll pretty much run well anywhere ;)
