How exctract TXT from .DOC Word

Try http://www.wotsit.org/search.asp?s=text for a description of the doc format. I assume you want to do this under program control? You'll have to remove the formatting bytes in the doc file (Not too difficult, but you'll need to know what's what - see above link).

You'll also find quite a bit of useful information on just about any other kind of format you can think of. Maybe Blitz Research could upload the B3D format in case someone wanders to that area... ;)
