30/60 FPS why?

Can someone look over my code and find out, why im only doing 30FPS insead of 60, im going insain tryin to figer it out...

You need to move all of those load functions OUTSIDE of your loop. You are loading the graphics from disk every loop iteration and that is killing your frame rate. I toyed with it and got it up to 200 fps, but it crashes.
