It's a space shooter game with little rpg rules :)

No ! we have begining this project in 2 week. for the
moment, whe are doing the space rendering.

Are those backgrounds renedered in max ;) hehe I know how to make those too ;)

Seriously that looks great. A little too colorful to be authentic, but great none the less. Reminds me of EVE. Which sucks. :o>

Did you ever play "Tachyon: The Fringe"? Slap on the voice of gentleman actor Bruce Campbell and you've got a dead ringer! :o>

Backgrounds are very nice, a bit surreal.

Just a little correction, filax: if you mean "tachyon", the particle going faster than light, then you should write it "tachyon" and not "tachion"...

You were part of beta too? I didn't enjoy it much either, nice graphics but boring and beta was buggy as hell.

the background are make with sprite and blending with a background skybox

Recepie to make those background in max:

1. black/white noise for stars
2. colored noise for nebula ;)
3. big inverted sphere
